How to Backup Wordpress?
Normally, when you want to backup or transfer data, you have to manually backup on hosting with many steps (compress files, backup database...). In this article will show you how to make backups simpler with the All-in-One WP Migration plugin
Step 1: Install "All-in-One WP Migration" plugin
You access the WordPress admin page and go to the Plugins section and select Add New. Next you search for All-in-One WP Migration plugin and select Install plugin and Activate
Step 2: Backup data
Once installed and activated, go to the All-in-One WP Migration → Backups menu. Click "CREATE BACKUP"
Depending on the amount of your data, the backup process is fast or slow
After you're done, click "DOWNLOAD" to download the backup to your computer.
How to Restore WordPress?
After you create a new Wordpress website, you also install the All-in-One WP Migration Plugin
Step 1: At Plugin All-in-One WP Migration → Import . In Import From → FILE , and upload the previously backed up file.
Step 2: During the data import process, display the message as shown below → Proceed to continue.
Step 3: Select Finish to complete the data import process.
